Blurbs

I thank the Lord today for having spun my curiosity on the different occurrences across the globe. I am an avid reader of news websites, but I haven’t been giving a lot of thought on how much people all over the world have been suffering, be it from natural disasters or man-made causes. I realized that stressing on all sorts of trivialities that I had labeled as “problems” was really self-centered of me. I had been living in a well-anchored world of niceties that I had blown off what little irritants I have to massive proportions. Come to think of it, all I had were minute anxieties, and I had been grumbling like crazy, when in some parts of the dome, people have been battling global terrors day in and day out.

Today, I shall become more grateful, ignoring little mishaps and inconveniences that might spur a spark of impatience. Today, I shall laugh more and frown less.  I’ll savor and drink in life’s graces before it decides to give me a hard spanking.
